Teamwork tips ( Repeat ): 1. Rotation switch expectations: oncoming residents to inpatients services must request and receive sign out from the outgoing resident team (PL-1 to PL-1, PL-2 to PL-2 and PL-3 to PL-3). Please either attend rounds (if you can) or pick up a sign out sheet and run the list with someone. You also need to get the list of duties and the expected daily events for your service in order to be properly prepared. 2. Rounding duties: Please let me clarify my expectations for weekend rounding duties: junior residents are expected to round pre and post call. If someone is your junior then they round. PL-1s round pre and post call at all times unless released by the senior resident.
