Compass Health Brands company, has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for a REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR This position is located in NE Ohio. We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Director for the Northeast United States. The ideal candidate is someone who can develop and maintain a high-performance sales culture that ensures customer retention and market share expansion. Ultimately, the role is responsible to monitor all sales metrics/KPIs and be accountable for the region’s overall Achievement of corporate goals and revenue targets. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Sales.

Core Competencies  Ability to design and effectively implement both short-term and long-term business strategies  Strong business acumen and insatiably result-driven  Proven outside sales experience and track record of overachieving quota  Proven experience as an outside sales manager and track record of overachieving corporate assigned goals  Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team  In-depth understanding of the sales administration and performance management process  Capable of measuring and analyzing key performance indicators  Strong interpersonal, organizational, team management and conflict resolution skills  Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication skills  Established computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SF.com)  Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines  Highly professional demeanor and attitude

Responsibilities  Motivate and manage outside sales team, consisting of direct and independent sales representatives as well as regional distributor partners, to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets  Personally responsible for the management and growth of select Key Accounts in the region  Direct and manage the regional sales team to achieve the sales goals within the assigned territories  Set and track targets/KPIs for the region and hold team members accountable for their achievement  Maintain and expand the customer base by coaching sales team; build rapport with key customers and identify new customer opportunities  Consistently evaluate team members capabilities and provide coaching and incentives to ensure achievement of goals  Quickly address performance issues to maintain culture of high performance  Identify hiring and/or top-grading opportunities; recruit, select and train new team members  Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts  Continually test the effectiveness of current sales strategies and tactics; iterate and course correct when necessary  Actively communicate with the other Regional Sales Directors to share best practices, effectively support the outside teams needs and ensure achievement of sales and corporate goals  Engage, collaborate and partner with the Director of Inside Sales and Customer Support to ensure complete alignment on regional and corporate goals/initiatives  Manage department expenditures to maintain budget neutrality  Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors  Continually update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and maintaining professional networks

Education/Experience  5+ years outside, quota-based sales experience; required  2+ years of management/leadership experience; required  HME/DME experience selling to dealers and providers is preferred  BA/BS degree from an accredited university or college; required - Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
