PRIVATE Enroll + Sports (200+50) Late Fee of Rs. 50/- Double Late Fee of Rs. 100/- INSTITUTIONS = Rs. 250/- Per Student (250+50 = Rs. 300/-) (250+100 = Rs. 350/-) NOTE: ALL THE HEADS OF INSTITUTIONS ARE REQUIRED TO GO THROUGH THE BELOW MENTIONED INSTRUCTIONS/INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMITTING ENROLLMENT TO THIS OFFICE. 1. The old conventional method of submitting enrollment is no more acceptable. 2. All the Institutions have to log on to the Board’s website www.biseatd.edu.pk for online enrollment module. 3. School Abbreviation (ABR)/User Name and Password of every Institution have already been conveyed. 4. You are also required to download/print enrollment of the institution and submit a hard copy of the same in Registration Section alongwith the requisite fee. 5. No Enrollment return will be accepted after 15-09-2016 in case of Regular Students. 6. However, real hardship cases will only be allowed after imposition of fine on institution and fixing a penalty per day per student as deemed by BISE Authorities till 30-09-2016 after showing original school record i. e. AWR and attendance register duly countersigned by Regulatory Authority (BISE Abbottabad). 7. In addition, cases with clerical, administrative or any other such mistakes, without having any solid justifications will not be considered at all. Cases found fake will lead to imposition of Fine/De-Affiliation or both on that institution. 8. Particular of student(s) Name, Father Name, Date of Birth, Admission Number and Date of admission must be in conformity with ADMISSION WITHDRAWAL REGISTER alongwith covering letter duly signed by Head of Institution. Any cutting, overwriting, erasing and alteration in above particulars of student(s) will not be accepted. 9. The Head of Institutions are directed to put their signature and official stamp on every page of Admission Withdrawal Register & get it countersigned by concerned ADEO/DEO (in case of Government Institutions) and by Regulatory Authority i. e. BISE Abbottabad in case of Private Institutions. A. W. R which is not attested and countersigned shall not be entertained for any official use particularly related to change in name, father name and date of birth. 10. Candidates having attained the age of 14 Years would be eligible for appearing in the SSC Part-1 (9th) Annual Examination 2017. No institution is allowed to entertain a migrating candidate under any circumstances without having original migration certificate issued by BISE concerned. 12. School to School Migration (Local Migration) will not be allowed under any circumstances after 31-12-2016. 13. It should be ensured by an institution, before admitting a student, whether or not, he/she is already enrolled with BISE Abbottabad. 14. In case he/she is enrolled then student must submit original local migration certificate issued by BISE Abbottabad, if otherwise eligible. 15. School Leaving Certificate (SLC) may not be issued to student seeking local migration until and unless Local Migration is allowed by the Competent Authority of Board. 16. It must be kept in mind that all kinds of migration certificates are issued by BISE Abbottabad. 17. The Head of institutions are required to submit following documents of migrated student(s) from other BISEs within fortnight for enrollment to this office. i. Verified DMC of class 9th Annual 2015 (Regular Student) from Board Concerned. ii. Copy of School Leaving Certificate duly countersigned by DEO concerned/Regulatory Authority BISE Abbottabad. iii. Enrollment Return alongwith covering letter with signature and seal of the Principal of concerned institution. iv. Original Migration Certificate. v. Prescribed Fee. 18. However, if an institution fails to provide the above documents in the given time frame then, a penalty of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged from date of issuance of migration from concerned institution. 19. The Heads of Government Institutions are required to deposit Annual Renewal/Affiliation fee on the prescribed bank slip along with covering letter on Letter Head duly signed by Principal of concerned institution. 20. Private Institutions are required to deposit Annual Renewal/Affiliation fee for Session 2016- 2017 alongwith prescribed renewal form. Furthermore, an institution must get CLEARANCE from Academic Section of BISE Abbottabad regarding outstanding dues if any and in case, there are any outstanding dues then, enrollment of such institution will not be entertained by this office under any circumstances. 21. The schedule for enrollment of Private Students for Academic Session 2016-2017 will be notified in SSC Examination Notification. (Enrollment Fee = Rs. 150/- Per Student). 22. The above rules/directives are subject to change, if any, issued by the Competent Authority. ……….Sd……….
