11. Over 20 years of research has established that core value frameworks drive organizational systems and structures (Denison & Spreitzer, 1991; Hooijberg & Petrock, 1993; Howard, 1998). What is not known, however, is if there is a significant relationship between any (one or more) of Cameron and Quinn’s (2011) organizational structures (and their respective value sets), and the self-efficacy of individuals involved in team based problem solving activities. A review of the literature produced no evidence of work done to specifically examine the relationship of organizational culture as framed by CVF (Cameron & Quinn, 2011) and the self-efficacy of team based problem solvers as measured by the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE) developed by Schwarzer and Jerusalem (1995). The purpose of the study is to determine if there is a correlation between the organizational culture of the problem solving team, and the level of self- efficacy of individual team members. Drawing on work by Cameron and Quinn (2011) and their CVF, the research will explore what relationship (if any) exists between organizational culture and team member self-efficacy. In answering questions about the relationships of the competing values associated with each of Cameron and Quinn’s (2011) organizational structures – clan, adhocracy, hierarchy, and market – and outcomes, stakeholders will be better positioned to benefit from independent information when deciding which organizational structure to adopt in connection with their problem solving efforts. The name of Ph D (Management) student is James Kunhert. The research methodology is quantitative. 12.Investigating Effects of Business Process Improvement on Academic Institution Student Satisfaction and Retention. The name of Ph D (Management) student is Berchenbriter, Kenneth. The research methodology is mixed.

13.Exploring the Influence of Middle Manager Leadership in a Changing Environment. The name of Ph D (Organizational Leadership) student is Fletcher, Sharon. The research methodology is qualitative.

14.Study of training methods to improve emotional intelligence for the purpose of facilitating organizational change. The name of Ph D (Organizational Leadership) student is Doug Pearson. The research methodology is qualitative.

15.Self-preservation: Its Impact on Ethical Decision Making in the U.S. Congress. The name of Ph D (Organizational Leadership) student is Wallace, Vaughn A. The research methodology is qualitative.
