2. All the documents / drawings, related to plant construction, being issued by the Client shall be received at FEDC by document controller.

3. The Document controller shall check the contents of transmittal with actual documents received with reference to document number, revision number. In case of any discrepancy returns transmittal with comments and resolves issue with customer.

4. The document controller shall be responsible to ensure proper filing and entry in the document control system to suit the project requirement for earlier traceability.

5. The document controller shall maintain a record of all the documents received and issued.

6. The document controller will be responsible to deliver the documents / drawings to the respective department through a transmittal note at the earliest.

7. In case drawings are revised the document controller is responsible for timely issuance of the revised drawings / documents to the respective department.

8. The document controller closely observes and makes efforts to ensure that only latest revisions of documents/drawings are available at site.
