Welcome to the Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) located at the Philadelphia Business Center, Philadelphia, PA and at the David Taylor Basin, West Bethesda, MD. Our mission is to create and deliver small business options for the warfare centers. We are advocates for the Command to provide maximum practicable opportunities in its acquisitions to various socio-economic concerns.

Administrative Information

1. Directions and access to each of the bases is located on the Carderock Division website http://www.dt.navy.mil/about_us/visitor_information/visitor_information.html. 2. Please be advised, that as the OSBP for this command, we are your liaison. Unless you are contacted by a Carderock Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center technical point of contact, any and all communication will be through our office.

Meeting Preparation and Guidance

1. Please bring no more than three people from your company to the meeting. 2. The OSBP does not offer any audio visual support for your presentation. Hard copy briefs are encouraged. 3. Please provide no more than three discussion topics that you would like to cover at your 30-minute meeting with the OSBP. 4. Company Profile Sheet: Please complete the attached sheets. 5. Please provide all of the above requested information to two working days prior to the meeting.

Feedback Any feedback you receive about your company, products or services will come to you in written form from the OSBP. Meeting with a member of the OSBP or other technical representative shall not be construed as an endorsement of your product or services. While we appreciate the effort and resources used to prepare for this meeting, the government is not liable for any costs associated with the preparation of your presentation or to attend this meeting or any future meetings. Furthermore, this opportunity to meet with a representative does not obligate the government to purchase your services or goods at this time or in the future. Carderock Division follows the FAR & DFARS and additional regulations as part of the acquisition process.
