Commissioner’s Recommendation: That the State Board certify for a period of three years, those school districts recommended by the Commissioner pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:7A-14.a and b. *C. Professional Standards Power Point NJ Educator Preparation Programs State Board of Examiners and Certification Professional Development for Teaching Staff Members and School Leaders (Division of Teacher & Leader Effectiveness)

Adoption Commissioner’s Recommendation: That the State Board approve the readoption with amendments to Chapters 9, Professional Standards; 9A, NJ Educator Preparation Programs; 9B, State Board of Examiners and Certification; and 9C, Professional Development for Teaching Staff Members and School Leaders pertaining to educator preparation and licensing.

*D. PARCC Assessment Standards Setting Resolution (Division of Data Research, Evaluation & Reporting)

Adoption Resolution Commissioner’s Recommendation: That the State Board adopt the resolution approving the New Jersey PARCC Assessment Standard Setting Scores, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:8-4.1(b)1.
