Requirements and details as follows: Spaces are rented as 15’ x 15’ foot parcels in a row that constitutes Artisans Alley. Specific unit spaces are allocated by management on a first come first served basis. Rental fee is $50 for each 15’ x 15’ site. 8 ft. x 30 in. tables rent for $12 each if ordered in advance, or $15 each if ordered the weekend of the market. Availability of tables is not guaranteed. Exhibitors must bring their own pop up shelter tent, and extension cords, should there be electrical service available. See additional dealer rules obtained from website.

The regular set-up day begins at 10am the Saturday before market day. Exhibitors may elect to set up on the Sunday market day between the hours of 5am and 7am if unable to set up on Saturday. The market opens to the general public at 8am on Sunday, although early buyers who have paid an extra fee may shop on Saturday and early Sunday morning. Fairground gates are locked at 9pm Saturday night and the grounds are patrolled by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department in their squad car. Exhibitors may overnight in their vehicles.

Artisans exhibiting at Artisans Alley, by copy of this contract, pledge that the items offered for sale are original works created by themselves or family members and are not purchased by them through commercial sources for resale. In other words, no reproductions, no counterfeits, no imported crafts. We expect the items offered for sale to fit the description defined in the following definition of artisan:

“A person or company that makes a high quality or distinctive product by hand or using traditional methods.”

Our concept of artisan includes, but is not limited to, artists that paint, sculpt, throw pots, make jewelry, create steampunk art, carve articles, blow glass, work leather, bind books, and other creative pursuits.

The Dealer Information/Rules document is part of this agreement and in signing this form the exhibitor agrees to abide by said rules and regulations. The Management of Sunday and Sandwich and the Sandwich Fair Association, Inc. shall not be responsible for any injury or loss that may arise or come to the exhibitor, or his/her employees, or his/her goods for any case whatsoever while premises are being occupied under this agreement. The management will provide no insurance for the exhibitor. No Discount, “Sales” or “Sale” signs allowed. Vendor agrees no TRADEMARK or COPYRIGHT violations Whatsoever!
