Red Jacket Debut

 As Consultants arrive give each consultant a “Love Note” and have them fill them out for the new Red Jacket.

Ceremony:

 New Red Jacket and her team come down the red carpet to the front.  Director presents her with “her” Red Jacket, Star Recruiter pin enhancer and Oath.  New Red Jacket recites the oath.

 Director presents new Red Jacket with Mug and 4 Balloons and, if it's a special mug, tells why she bought that particular mug for her.  The 1st 3 who wants to be a Red Jacket come up front and receives a balloon.  “Tonight your balloon is inflated. Tomorrow it will be all shriveled up. Tape your shriveled up balloon to the inside cover of your date book. Every time you see it remember, it’s your job to blow belief into your dreams.”

 New Red Jacket sits in her “throne” with her team behind her and all the Red Jacket Consultants come up front to do “roast”.

 Close meeting by inviting everyone to come up and congratulate ______and put her love note in her mug, starting with everyone who’s already up there.
