1. What made you decide to get an Irish Setter?

2. Have you owned dogs before? An Irish? What happened to them?

3. Is someone home during the day? Yes No

If not, what arrangements will you be making for you new puppy?

4. Who will the puppy be sharing a home with? Are there children and what are their ages?

5. Will your dog be a housedog or be outside?

6. Is there a fenced in area where your dog will be coming in and out?

7. Are you interested in breeding? Do you intend to spay or neuter?

8. Are you interested in showing in breed, obedience, agility, hunting or other performance sport?

9. Would you be willing to let the dog be shown by the breeders? (He/she would not be able to be shown if neutered).

10. Do you plan on attending obedience classes as soon as possible upon taking the pup home?

11.Do you plan on crate training and are you familiar with the method? 12.Are you aware that Irish Setters are active dogs and need exercise.
