2. Forbidden to Operate If the Water Don T Circulate to Avoid Parching the Laser Tube

Attention

1. The users should read the related operating manual carefully before operating.Non-trained people are forbidden to operate machine. 2. Forbidden to operate if the water don’t circulate to avoid parching the laser tube. 3. The operator is forbidden to leave during operating.and must cut off swicth when work finishes. 4. The operator must observe carefully during the working of the machine,if something is exceptional,should cut off all the switch. 5. There are laser light and high-pressure in the machine,non professionals are forbidden to disassemble machines. 6.Make sure the wire connects well with the ground before operating. 7.Forbidden to open any cover to avoid unnecessary damage during working. 8.Keep the machine in the dry place,non-pollution,non-concussing,non-strong electricity, strong magnetism etc. 9.The temperature of water should be 15-30℃,prevent the water icing up in winter and too hot in summer(suggest to use pure water) 10.The machine use the laser (strong laser radiate),so forbidden something incendive and explosive around the machine,keep drafty. 11.Forbidden the things inconnected diffuse reflection around the machine for fear the laser light reflect the person or incendive directly(advise use firehosereel box in location of working) 12.The working voltage:AC110V ,total power<1000W, must install regulator equipment and don’t open machine,if the pressure is not steady-going. 13.The continuing time of work for the machine is not less than 8 hours(stop for half an hour at least during work to revert the gas). 14.The basic limit of laser electrical source(electric current≦20mA), prohibit to open the machine when the electric current is the strongest for fear to puncture laser electrical source.

1． disassemble of the machine The upside and underside of the machine can be detached,as illustrated in picture,there are four screw stanchion in underside,there are four orifice in upside.The orifice of upside and underside should be uniform when putting,it is easy to enter into room for the two parts,but it had better not disassemble the machine commonly.

2． disassembly and installation of the machine 1． The installation of laser tube The laser tube is breakable,we pack the laser tube separately for safe of shipping.so please install the laser tube first before installing. The installing position of F1 laser tube is in the rear of the machie.Open the protective cover of laser tube,you will see two brackets of “V” as illustrated in picture F1.

First untie the buckle of “V” bracket first,then put laser tube on the “V” bracket carefully, light outlet orifice is cathode.Note:the light outlet orifice of laser tube is about 10mm far from J1 rack of reflector. Then button the buckle and fixup the laser tube well. Note:1.Don’t too tight when fixup the laser tube for fear to damage it. 2.The water outlet must be put the light outlet orifice,fasten the water tube fitting connection for fear aleak.Keep the water circulating and the tube is not folded,if not, the lifetime of laser tube will be affected. After fixup the laser tube,connect the red high voltage wire and anode of laser tube,connect the yellow wire and the cathode of laser tube.,then fix the rubber hose in the conection of anode and cathode,fill silica gel in the rubber hose, adjust light after the silica gel solided. Turn on power supply of machine after connected all the power cord, and the machine start to reposit and turn to top left corner at the same time. It indicates machine in normal operation. Then turn on the laser power to adjust the light path, adjust J1 reflection mirror holder first, stick Two-sided gummed paper on J2 reflection mirror holder, and move the beam to the nearest to laser tube, and then press the bursts button on control panel, heat a drop, then move to the farthest to heat another drop. Adjust the three screw on the back of J1 reflection mirror holder, to make the farthest light drop coincide the first one. After adjust the J1 reflection mirror holder, adjust the J2 reflection mirror holder. Move the laser head nearest to J2 reflection mirror holder to heat a spot as the same, then move to the farthest to have another light spot, make the farthest spot coincide to the first one. At the end, adjust leaves light mouth location of laser head. If the light spot doesn’t at the center, should adjust the screw on laser head, turn the light spot to the center.

Special attention: In order to prevent the radiation offends somebody, please tests the general light spot location with paper board first before adjust, then carries on adjusts.

2、 installation of drawing fan First, connect air blower air blow mouth and dust collect mouth with a smoke pipe, and reinforce it with a lock catch. Then, another smoke pipe connect with air blow mouth fetch outside. And then Connects the air blower power cord.

3、Air compressor installation Connect an air outlet pipe to air compressor first, then connect with air outlet of engraving machine. Connect the power supply to insure air blow natural, the air compressor is very important, it puff by light outlet of laser head.of laser engraving machine Function 1、assure the focus lens is clean 2、prevent the material lights up by laser Users should assure air inlet pipe of compressor and air outlet pipe of engraving machine are not folded and not broken, or the material may burnt because of huff press minish. light way adjust Connect all the power supply without electricity,turn on the power supply of engraving machine, machine will reposit to top left corner.
