Conditions: Payment will be requested at the end of the Term, and an invoice detailing your attendance will be sent to either to yourself, or the agency responsible for your funds. Days of service not included (CPA unable to provide due to other Events or Competitions) will not be charged for. The CPA reserves the right to apply its cancellation policy, where a 50% service fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice of non attendance is provided. All of the above services will be provided under the CPA Public liability policy, and the application of all CPA Policies and procedures related to duty of care and work health and safety. Customers are encouraged to provide formal and informal feedback, and at times an independent customer feedback provider may contact you to get your views. This process is encouraged and supported by all CPA staff.
