1. Resolved, That Ordinance 2015-R-42 amends the Irondale Code of Ordinance Section 7.5.17-Recycling by adding section (d) which states that recycling services will be provided bimonthly. (Wilson)

2. Resolved, That Resolution 2015-R-47 confirms that the Irondale Mobile Home Park meets the requirements for nonconforming use under Section 3:21 in the City of Irondale Zoning Ordinance. (City Clerk)

3. Resolved, That Ordinance 2015-52 amends the City of Irondale Code of Ordinance to make unlawful to park a motor vehicle in the front yard of a residence or business or over a sidewalk within the corporate limits of Irondale Alabama. (Sanderson)

4. Resolved, That Resolution 2015-R-54 rescinds Resolution 2015-R-4 which awarded $ 6,600.00 to David Jimerson for damages to his home. (Pike)

New Business

1. Resolved, That Resolution 2015-R-55 upgrades the Council Chambers Sound System in an amount not to exceed $ 6,000.00. (Pike)

2. Resolved, That Resolution 2015-R-56 purchases safety equipment and supplies for a CERT course in the amount of $ 1,000.00. (Davis)

3. Resolved, That Resolution 2015-R-57 authorizes the Mayor to execute an agreement for the purchase of one (1) 100 foot aerial platform and miscellaneous equipment from Pierce Manufacturing and/or the local dealer Emergency Equipment Professionals (EEP) in an amount not to exceed $1,100,287.00. (Pike/Sanderson/Bearden)

4. Resolved, That Resolution 2015-R-58 authorizes the Mayor to amend Sain Associates Grants Mill Road South contract in the amount of $ 35,000.00. (Wilson)

5. Resolved, That Resolution 2015-R-59 surpluses three police cars. (Wiggins)

6. Resolved, That Resolution 2015-R-60 mandates a new election of council officers upon the adoption of this resolution. (Sanderson/Bearden)

7. Resolved, That Resolution 2015-R-61 request that Jefferson County Personnel Board opens an Assistant Fire Chief position for the City of Irondale. (Mayor)

8. Resolved, That Resolution 2015-R-62 authorizes the Mayor to purchase the property located at 5014 Shady Acres Road in the amount of $ 150,000.00. (Mayor)

9. Resolved, That Resolution 2015-R-63 allows certain improvements to be made according to plans prepared by the Alabama Department of Transportation and designated as the West Irondale Sidewalk Improvement Project-Sidewalks in Irondale along portions of 16th Street, 2nd Avenue North, Montevallo Road, Monticello Road and Marion Drive.
