Full Deck Creating your Full Deck is different from creating your Pitch Deck. The Pitch Deck is the PowerPoint you’ll use during your 3-minute pitch. The Full Deck is the PowerPoint you’ll send to investors afterwards. The Pitch Deck must be concise and visual, while the Full Deck is longer and more complete.

Slide 2 - Big Vision What is the big opportunity here? How will you change the world?
Slide 3 - Problem / Solution What problem will you solve for your customers?
Slide 4 - Your Product or Service Show your product - make it visual What benefits does your product provide your customers? If you have a short, amazing video, you can show it here
Slide 5 - Technology (optional) Describe the technology behind your solution Focus on how the technology enables the differentiated aspects of your solution If appropriate, mention patent status
Slide 6 - Competition Describe why customers use your product instead of the competition’s What’s your secret sauce? How is your product different? Never deny that you have competitors — everyone has competitors
Slide 7 - Addressable Market How many customers actually need your product or service? How much are they willing to pay?
Slide 8 - Business Model What’s your business model? If you have sales, discuss the sales you’ve made and your pipeline What are the microeconomics and macroeconomics? Emphasize the microeconomics -- each user is worth $1/year because... What is the lifetime value of your customers?
