Memory Book Pre-Sale

2017 MEMORY BOOK FINAL PRE-SALE The Middle School Memory Book is an 80 page hard cover book filled with pictures of activities from the school year including Spirit Week, Pep Assembly, music groups, clubs, sports, and pictures of you and your friends. If you want to remember your 2016-2017 year at Iroquois Middle School, then make sure you order a copy today. The Memory Book pre-sale will begin, TUESDAY, JANUARY 10TH and last through FRIDAY, JANUARY 20TH. Memory Books will cost $40 (includes students name engraved on the front cover). If you would like to pre-order a Memory Book, please complete the form below and return it to Mrs. Czech in the bookstore during your lunch period. Memory Books will be distributed in June. Any orders after Friday January 20th will not have the students name printed on the front cover. PLEASE NOTE:  Complete the form below and return it to Mrs. Czech in the bookstore during your lunch period.  Cash is accepted, but checks are preferred (payable to Iroquois Memory Book)  Credit/Debit Card payments are not accepted.  If you have more than one child ordering a book, you may write one check, but please complete an order form for each child.  Any orders after Friday January 20th will not have the students name printed on the front cover.  If you do not pre-order there will be a very limit number of books available at the end of the year for purchase.

PARENTS: At the end of January, any student that ordered a book will receive a printed receipt confirming their purchase. If your child does not bring home a receipt, please call Mr. Thompson at 652-3000 ext. 7133
