Prom Committee Application Must be returned to Mrs. Champion (room 406) by Friday, November 17th. Late applications will NOT be accepted!

Active Membership Criteria: 1. You must maintain regular attendance at meetings. After your third unexcused meeting absence, you will no longer be on the prom committee. 2. You will only receive a free prom ticket if your fund raiser money is turned in before Christmas break and you attend the mandatory decorating the night prior to prom.

I understand the above criteria for remaining an active member of prom committee, and I will honor my obligation.
