 Updates on Revisioning process (Ponder/Maher) o Graduate program revisioning talks are starting now

 M license Masters pay; NBPTS Credit? (Ponder) o 10% raise for master’s degree may be put off until next July instead of this July due to budget restraints

 NCATE updates (Monaco) o Focus visit report is being written o 204 days until NCATE o Be checking email for vital updates.

 Grad Alumni survey Results (Monaco) o Meredith Adams will be sending this out report this week. Results looks very good. Most students felt prepared in the core areas. Technology preparation is something we need to discuss and this triangulates with some University survey data as well.

 Score Sheet Issues (Monaco) o Score sheets have been sent out for Spring. Due date is May 15. This a hard deadline. I need to run standards reports and include this data in our NCATE report.

 Grading Midpoint Essays (Monaco) o We will send out a call for volunteers to help grade these for our inter-rater reliability study. Malina was planning to run a Fleiss Kappa with multiple raters but we will see how many volunteers we have and how many essays each can score.

 Completing culminating project rubric (online) for fall and spring grads (Monaco) o We will send out the online link for these soon, including reminders for the fall that have not yet been completed. Scores will be included on Standards reports. Program Coordinators requested this data be reflective on overall report because the artifact covers several standards in their course by artifact matrix.

 SAGE updates (Monaco) o Reports can be viewed in SAGE. See report tab and your report will be linked to your role. Please let Malina know of any issues or upgrades (budget willing) you would like to see.

 Program coordinators reports (Ponder/Monaco) o Template has been sent out. Please note the one extra question about score sheets/ signature artifacts. o Due date is May 15. THEY MUST BE TURNED IN BY MAY 15. Malina must synthesize the Unit program Coordinator report from each of your program reports.
