1. Enrollment Growth, Retention and Graduation for both Graduate and Undergraduate Programs - QEP, SOP, Resource Development a. Develop branding campaign to increase awareness and improve image of the COB b. Improve recruiting both process and targets – e.g., potential new GI Bill, – Expand role of Sales Center – Maximize opportunities for articulation agreements - e.g. BSAppMgt c. Improve retention – e.g. Business Student Association – Drew Cherner and Mike Boyd – Internships and Cooperative Education – Student Run Businesses – Student Support Services – Employer Relations and Development – Business Honors Society d. Create BS in Marketing / Sales e. Develop weekend MBA f. Develop additional graduate certificate programs g. Develop consistent positioning BS degrees, cognates and minors
2. Improve Teaching Effectiveness - QEP a. Strengthen Ethical and Professional Behavior - e.g. Professional Student Body – Jayne Zanglein b. QEP Syllabus – BJ White c. Establish multi-section, multi-teacher policies and procedures d. Develop consistent quality control for online courses e. Encourage faculty to develop innovative courses and methodologies f. Close the loop on AOL for all programs g. Develop QEP for majors h. Increase Faculty Development Opportunities – e.g. AQPQ i. Virtual Incubator – Dan Ostergaard, Bruce Berger
3. Increase Diversity among students and faculty a. Develop and implement a diversity recruiting plan for students b. Develop and implement a diversity recruiting plan for faculty

Activate Alumni - SOP, Resource Development a. Expand and renew the website with “reasons to visit” b. Improve networking infrastructure

Develop contract education programs - e.g. executive education, focused business boot camps c. Develop and implement a sponsored research strategy d. Name that: building, room, lab, etc e.
