Discuss United HealthCare Insurance – The City’s Current UHC’s PB-8 $500/1000 Deductible plan (Premium $5,065.66) will no longer be available, so Mandatory Plan Change will be to UHC’s ACM-5 $500/1000 Deductible with Premium change to $5,299.43 with Rates effective 7/1/2016. Need motion to approve.

14. Review/Approve Seneca Sanitation’s Solid Waste Disposal Agreement (recommended change is automatically renewable October 1st, on a yearly basis, if the City is not notified of any changes by the 1st of July.)

15. Review Water Rate Study by Randy Hellsbusch with NE Rural Water; *Review Amendments to Water Ordinance – Approve setting Water Rate Increase ($27.50-3/4” meter) effective 10/1/2017, adjusting base rate annually a minimum of $.50/year ($28.00-3/4” meter) effective 10/1/2018 (FIRST READING)
