Exercise Evaluation Guide Submittal

As the evaluator you will need to submit your Observations, Recommendations and Performance Ratings into the ONX System following the completion of the exercise.

Following the exercise access www.onxsystem.com/user then login using your USER NAME and PASSWORD. Once you have logged in click on the Comeback Ordeal Functional Exercise listed under the header “Your Exercises” in the upper left hand corner. You will then be able to access the electronic version of this Exercise Evaluation Guide to submit your observations, recommendations and performance ratings.

Capability Description: Effective processes are established to conduct protective actions, continuity operations management and delegation of authority regarding people and places to ensure that departments / agencies will remain operational in the aftermath of a disaster and have the capability to continue to provide essential services. Capability Outcome: Governmental departments and agencies will have a greater capacity to continue to provide essential services to the general public and others in the aftermath of a disaster.

Activity 1: Implement / Coordinate Preparedness Activities Activity Description: In response to an incident provide coordination among appropriate staff / employees in an effort to ensure life safety and property preservation measures are being undertaken within their sphere of responsibility.
