Boy oh boy, this is a tongue twister. A fox in socks tries to see what knox can say. Knox has enough of it all and calls the game off! --- Conversation Questions---
(1) Tell me what this book is about. (Answer) Any logical answer. (Follow Up) Have you ever saw a fox wearing socks?
(2) If you were given a tongue twister, tell me how you would do on reading it. (Answer) Any logical answer. (Follow Up) Do you know any tongue twisters?
(3) Pretend you are the fox, would you wear socks? Why or why not? (Answer) Any logical answer. (Follow Up) Look at your socks and tell what color they are.
(4) How would you feel if someone wouldn't leave you alone? (Answer) Any logical answer. (Follow Up) Have you ever bothered anyone?
(5) Define "chewy". (Answer) Something soft and squishy in your mouth. (Follow Up) Use chewy in a sentence.

1. Draw a picture of the Fox wearing socks. Label your picture.
2. Write your very own tongue twister.
3. Make a list of rhyming words.
4. Think of at least five different animals and list a different piece of clothing for each of them to wear.
Introductions
1. Have a pair of socks. Ask the students if they have ever seen an animal wear socks. Ask why an animal would wear socks. Today we are going to read about a fox that wears socks!
2. Bring in a stuffed fox. Ask the students if they have ever saw a real fox and if so where. Are they nice or mean? We are going to read about a funny fox that likes to wear socks.
3. Show the front cover of the book. Ask the child what they think the book could be about and why they think that. Let's read a tongue twisting book about fox that likes to wear socks!
