Suffolk County Community College SCCC Grant Campus Workforce Development Technology Center Room 123 Crooked Hill Road Brentwood, NY 11717 Measuring System Description The measuring system comprises of the German manufactured, all- granite construction or Equal Coordinate Measuring Machine complete with 32 Bit architecture electronic control system, OpenDMIS™ measuring software, Renishaw PH10T indexable measuring probe head and accessories. “Or equal”

 Total specifications to bidders are based on the exact specification or equal commodity determined by review.  Bid for equipment and software for operations to be evaluated for compatibility with the Instructional needs of the institution.

Warranty The vendor’s proposed measuring system must be warranted for a minimum period of 12 months from acceptance by the College.

Measuring System Acceptance Upon completion of measuring system installation the technician will demonstrate accuracy in accordance to CMM specification. All artifacts used are traceable to NIST National Standards.

BIDS MUST BE MADE UPON AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMS AND DOCUMENTS PROVIDED BY THE COLLEGE, WHICH WILL CONTAIN ACCOMPANYING INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.
