**PLEASE REFER TO OUR EMAIL FOR OUR PER PERSON PRICING** **LISTED BELOW IS OUR 3 STAGE PAYMENT PROCEDURE**

Canadian Hockey Enterprises requires a $500.00 Non- Refundable Team Deposit. This deposit is applied to the total team package to secure your team’s entry into the tournament. All teams are accepted by their deposit on a first come-first serve basis. Teams not accepted will receive a full refund. Upon receipt of your $500.00 team deposit, we will forward hotel rooming list, roster form and individual player forms to be completed by your team and returned to CHE. This ensures prompt hotel reservations and helps to place your team in its proper division.

A second installment of $100.00 per person which includes players and guests will be applied towards the total package (prices listed in the enclosed email.) This payment must be sent to Canadian Hockey not later than 75 days prior to your tournament along with your Team Roster, Rooming list and Player Forms. The earlier you send the second deposit and rooming list the better chance you have at securing your hotel request. We will allow some flexibility depending on when your team registers.

Final payment due 30 days prior to tournament and must be by certified cheque or money order. NO INDIVIDUAL CHEQUES OR CREDIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. In order to assist you in your collections and payments please refer to our enclosed Easy Payment Plan.

Our 2011 Tournament brochure featuring all our locations will be mailed to you.
