Julius Pryor III is a leading edge thinker, strategic consultant, author and speaker in high demand. As General Managing Partner of JPryorGroup LLC, and Partner at , he helps individuals and teams marshal strengths to realize true potential. An accomplished executive, Julius has proven his ability to drive sustainable outcomes. He conducts workshops and seminars for a variety of audiences, from business schools and corporate boardrooms to government agencies and leadership academies. He speaks about conceptual innovation, hyper- collaboration, being relevant in the 21st century and becoming more comfortable being uncomfortable.

Julius’ new book, “Thriving in a Disruptive World: 6 Critical Concepts for Navigating the 21st Century,” explains six key concepts for navigating disruptive environments. In a time of disruption there are huge opportunities! The book will be released later this year.

Julius develops kinetic strategies focusing on clarity of objectives and measurable outcomes. His work is grounded in understanding how organizational culture affects individual and team behavior. He emphasizes sustainable results in the workforce, workplace and global marketplace.

Having worked as a senior executive in some of the most well known organizations in the world, Julius brings a wealth of global professional experience. He has served as Vice President of Global Diversity for Johnson & Johnson and Coca-Cola Enterprises, as well as Director of Diversity Strategies for Russell Corporation. He held a number of leadership positions at TAP Pharmaceuticals, a joint venture of Abbott Laboratories and Takeda Pharmaceuticals of Japan. During more than 25 years as a U.S. Navy Officer, Julius was in a variety of leadership roles. He is a retired U.S. Navy Captain, qualified Surface Warfare Officer and certified instructor for the Navy Officer Leadership Development Program. He completed coursework at the Naval Postgraduate School and the National Defense University. He was in the re-commissioning crew of the USS Missouri and is one of a select few who has served as an active duty Battleship Turret Officer.

Julius is a graduate of Morehouse College where he was initiated into Psi Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity. He is also a graduate of the Williston Northampton Preparatory School in Easthampton, Massachusetts.
