He emphasizes sustainable results in the workforce, workplace and global marketplace.</p><p>Having worked as a senior executive in some of the most well known organizations in the world, Julius brings a wealth of global professional experience. He has served as Vice President of Global Diversity for Johnson & Johnson and Coca-Cola Enterprises, as well as Director of Diversity Strategies for Russell Corporation. He held a number of leadership positions at TAP Pharmaceuticals, a joint venture of Abbott Laboratories and Takeda Pharmaceuticals of Japan. During more than 25 years as a U.S. Navy Officer, Julius was in a variety of leadership roles. He is a retired U.S. Navy Captain, qualified Surface Warfare Officer and certified instructor for the Navy Officer Leadership Development Program. He completed coursework at the Naval Postgraduate School and the National Defense University. He was in the re-commissioning crew of the USS Missouri and is one of a select few who has served as an active duty Battleship Turret Officer.</p><p>Julius is a graduate of Morehouse College where he was initiated into Psi Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.
