St. Francis Health Center- Feb 2016- Present Sr. Manager of Operations Physician Clinics- Manage all operational functions of 9 employed physician clinics to include personnel supervision, budget and patient flow to ensure providers have maximum opportunity to provide superior patient care to patients. Responsible for establishing and maintenance of budgetary standards and guidelines to ensure effective fiscal management of all employed primary care physician clinics. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of quality standards for all clinics to ensure a high standard of patient care.
