Minutes - none - remove Item 10 – No Public Hearing – Requesting rezoning from Conservation to RA-20M - remove Item I - Early Retirement Incentive Program - Deferred - separate 4 -G. Workplace Violence Prevention Policy from consent agenda for discussion purposes became Item 8b - separate 4 -J. Purchasing Policy from consent agenda for discussion purposes became Item 8c

9. Public Hearing – Proposed Rural Operating Assistance (ROAP) Application – Ralph Thurman – no one spoke

10. Public Hearing - Requesting rezoning from Conservation to RA-20M - removed

11. Designation of Voting Delegate to NCACC Annual Conference, August 27 – 30 in Catawba County – Dan Andrews will be the voting delegate

12. County Manager’s report – Scott Sauer, County Manager - monthly activity reports for Animal Control and Public Health - Workforce In-Depth – Mid-Carolina WDB Summary

13. Closed session - None

14. New Business – no new business, questions from Commissioners House and Burgin
