1. For your safety Symbols in this guidance Danger! Reference to an imediate impending danger. If you ignore this hint you can get seriously injured or killed .

Attention! Reference to a possible dangerous situation. If you ignore this hint you can get light injures or cause material damage.

Information/Tip Reference to important information or an usage-tip.

Notes on the system Dangerous electrical voltage. Only qualified personnel (electonic) may work at/repair these machine parts.

Machine parts become very hot in usage and can cause burnings and scalds in connection with hot fluids.

Security Instructions Danger of burnings! Machine parts become very hot in usage and can cause burnings and scalds in connection with hot fluids. Only use this machine with suited safety clothes like safetygloves, safetyshoes and an apron. Savetygloves have to be isolated to grip hot bottles and must be tight, so that no liquids can reach your hands (e.g when a bottle with hot juice gets damaged). A tight apron and tight working shoes are recommendet. Electrical connection Electrical connection

2 Manual Instructions THA-100

Fuse the electrical connection for the time control with a FI-protection switch with 30mA trigger current max. Only use undamaged connection cables and plugs. Behaviour in case of necessity In case of necessity switch off this machine; therefor  disconnect the elecrical connection.  cool down all machine parts before any workings on the system. As directed usage This machine was built only for  heating up juices and  filling in glas bottles. Secure transportation Danger! Danger of burnings due to hot liquids. Cool down all machineparts before transportation.  Disconnect the electrical connection.  Empty the water bath container.  Remove the juice storage bin.  Transportation of the system by hand.

Usage of the hot bottling plant Preparation of the system

3 Manual Instructions THA-100

Information/Tip If the water container is filled with warm water, the water bath reaches the needed temperature faster.

 Remove juice container and clean it.  Fill in water in the water bath container. Filling height until indication „max“.  Mount upper tank  Connect the airing pipe with the upper tank with the tube (use 2 tubes with 2 valves).  Connect the heat change with the juicetank with a tube.

Information/Tip Adjust the height of the bottle : put a bottle to the filling valve and set on the holding device. The airing must be completely open (see picture to the left;”Entlüftungsöffnung” is the airing), because during the filling proces air has to escape the bottle. If the bottle cannot be set on the holding device or if the airing is not open, adjust the height of the holding device.

 Add cold water into the juicecontainer (ca. 2-3 liters)  Fill the water in a bottle (just for testing)  Drain off the water by diconnecting the tube to the heat exchange.

Bottling with the System

Information/Tip Fill bottles till the edge. The hot juice looses capacity when cooling down. When bottling higher amounts of juice, it is possible to connect the system with the juice tank directly.  Connect the system. The green lamp is flashing. The white lamp is shining as long as the water bath is warmed up.

Danger Machine parts become very hot in usage and can cause burnings and scalds in connection with hot fluids.

 When the heating switches off (withe lamp turns off) the water has the right temperature and bottling process can start.  Fill in juice in the juice container. Fill max. 2cm below the airing.

Information/Tip Warm up the bottles to 40-60 C. When filling with cold bottles bottles could be easier damaged. The temperature of the water bath is only an index. The temperature of the digital thermometer shows the temperature of the juice. Empty first bottled bottles back into juicecontainer until all parts of the valve are warmed up. Turn on the digital thermometer.  Put a bottle below the filling valve. The bottle should be filled as adjusted before.

4 Manual Instructions THA-100

 During process the temperature of the juice (digital thermometer) should be checked and should not fall below 82°C. If temperature is too low, just wait a few seconds until temerature rises again.  Cap the bottles with a suited stopper, turn around the bottles and lay them down (seeds are deadened by heat).

After bottling process  Disconnect the system with the power supply.  Cool down the water bath till 50 C  Clena juicecontainer, filling valve and tubes with water.
