Project title: An Examination of Positive Affect as a Protective Factor against Maladaptive Cortisol Response to Stress: The Role of Depression • Conducted literature review on protective factors to maladaptive stress responses in depression • Analyzed data on the associations between positive affect, estradiol, cortisol reactivity and recovery to acute stressor and depressive symptoms Project title: An Analysis of State and Trait Executive Control in Depression Symptom Prediction • Conducted literature review on executive control, stress and depression • Designed study procedure, including computer task programming, protocol write up, and research assistant training • Received training in psychophysiological measurements
