MyIBFS EZ Form:

Section 1 Questionnaire

1. Where rules are referenced within questions, provide link to specific rule within question. Perhaps a link to rules should be supplied for each question. 2. Change Summary to Go To.

Section 2 Schedule B

1. Standard calculations should be provided either as a link on the left hand menu of the page, or as a help link in the Schedule B tabs. 2. Add buttons or links to top of page (File, Save, Payment, Delete, Copy, Print, etc.) 3. Suggestions for Help option include: 1) Add help option to top of page. Help option should be specific to field and tab. 2) Add help option to field level. Click on field header (i.e., Antenna ID) for help – be specific. 3) Add help quick links – subject specific. 4. Add general Help link on upper right side of page. 5. Add Status, Applicant, FRN, and Description (Description would be same as that entered in question 43 on EZ form) to the info displayed above the tabs. 6. Info displayed above the tabs can use smaller font. 7. Order tabs according to 312EZ form. 8. Attachments tab –Edit checks – for example if data is out of range, would like some check that ‘stops’ processing and displays rules defining range. 9. When applicant has completed filling out form, provide ‘draft final’ for copy, print, email purposes. 10. Would like to be able to schedule B info to send to technical folks – don’t care how we do it. Options include: a. link – maybe provide link to allow another person direct access to the Schedule B b. route – route to engineer, have them fill out Schedule B, then engineer would route back to applicant. 11. Range of emission – minimum, maximum – this should be restricted for the EZ based on the bands selected.

Reviewed query page – results of review are as follows: 1. Add FRN search option. 2. Re-organize page logically. 3. Applicant Name (% is wildcard) field is not working properly.
