- Report of the Ministry of Finance on the analysis and evaluation of the received non-binding offers for the acquisition of shares in CROATIA osiguranje d.d.

- Decision of the Government of the Republic of Croatia on eligible potential investors who will participate in the sale procedure of CO shares ______

At the meeting held on 10th October 2013 the Government of the Republic of Croatia adopted the Report of the Ministry of Finance on the analysis and evaluation of the received non-binding offers for the acquisition of shares in CROATIA osiguranje d.d. It also passed the Decision on eligible potential investors who will participate in the procedure of sale of CO shares pursuant to the proposal available at the internet site of the Government of the Republic of Croatia.

Pursuant to the above mentioned Government’s Decision, based on the analysis and evaluation of the received non-binding offers, which has been carried out by the Ministry of Finance, it is determined that the following companies will continue to participate in the sale procedure of equity owned by the Republic of Croatia:
