London… one of the world’s great cultural hubs where business, the arts, politics and finance fuse together in a cauldron of cosmopolitan energy.

Corinthia Hotel , the city’s superb new Grand Hotel, is right at the heart of the great metropolis, close to and the River Thames.

A short stroll north past Nelson’s Column takes you to London’s world class theatres, art galleries and opera houses. Head south, and you can cross the 5 footbridge over the Thames where the Southbank Centre’s inspiring arts complex and the London Eye await. To the west are the shops of Piccadilly and St James’s, while the City of London is a short taxi ride away to the east.

Our starting point was an important historic building. For half a century until the 1930s, the Hôtel Métropole was located here. This is where Mantovani made his name as a conductor, and the splendid Victorian ballroom where his orchestra played survives to this day, now sensitively restored and remodelled.

Our seven signature suites set a new benchmark for gracious living.

We asked international designers at the top of their game to conceive each suite individually. Then we commissioned craftsmen who care passionately about quality to create perfectly detailed and finessed living spaces. Finally, we sourced richly 9 crafted furnishings and fittings in opulent materials to express the distinctive personality of each suite. The results will thrill the most discerning of guests.

Our uncompromising commitment to excellence extends to the hospitality we offer our guests. We strive to anticipate their needs with impeccable service that is thoughtful, attentive and discreet – we call this our craftsmanship of care.
