However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected. This list does not include prices for certain items that you may ask us to buy for you. Such as cemetery or crematory services, flowers, and newspaper notices. The price for those items will be shown on your bill or statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected. SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF . . . . . $2300.00 $______This includes a proportionate share of taxes, licenses, utilities, and business expenses required to serve the public. Our charges include, but are not limited to, consultation with the family, administrative and clerical services, preparation of the death certificate and necessary permits, filing the death certificate, consultation with clergy, cemetery, crematory or common carrier, planning the funeral or memorial services, determined by the family. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to our total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (A portion of this fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations with memorial service, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.) FORWARDING OF REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME. . . . $1700.00 $______This charge includes services and staff, securing the death certificate, and necessary permits and authorization, consultation with Common carrier and other funeral home, transfer of remains to funeral home within a 20 mile radius and embalming. This fee does not include transportation to Airport if applicable (within 20 mile radius, additional $3.50 thereafter).

RECEIVING OF REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME. . . . $1350.00 $______This charge includes services of staff, securing necessary permits and authorizations, and transportation by utility vehicle to cemetery within a 20 mile radius with no services, or appropriate package for service will apply. This fee does not include transportation from Airport if applicable (within 20 mile radius, additional $3.50 thereafter) IMMEDIATE BURIALS RANGE IN PRICE FROM $2000.00 TO $ 2950.00 $______This charge includes services of staff, transfer of remains to funeral home within a 20 mile radius, securing the death certificate and permit, and delivery to cemetery (within 20 mile radius, additional $3.50 thereafter).
