Addressing the conflicts in confidentiality SESSION 3: Documentation, Report Writing & Court Appearances Karen Simpson 11:15 - Writing reports & recording clinical notes: content, access, litigation. Responding to subpoenas. Attending court & giving evidence. This information will assist you to minimise your legal risks & survive the court process
