Redundancy: • The consultation process - including how to work effectively with employee. representatives and trade unions to ease the process • How to select and use a fair selection criteria – and avoid discriminating against your employees or receiving unfair dismissals claims • The statutory notice periods and redundancy payments – what the legislation says.

Restructuring:

• Consultation including how to comply with the information and consultation regulations • Changing the roles and responsibilities of your employees as part of restructuring – how to approach it • Managing organisational needs through the restructuring process. • Communicating restructuring aims within the organisation.
