Entry fee’s will be $140 for a 150 Tgt event (75tgts each day) payable with this nomination – If we have 12 squads or less the event will be converted to a 200 Tgt event and an additional $10 payable on the day at the club will be made. ***Entry of $140 to be paid by either cheque, money order or direct debit****

*Entry to this event despite payment will NOT be official until receipt and confirmation has been sent back by organisers. In the case of payment made and quota of 96 shooters is already reached a full refund will be made.

JUNIORS TO BE BORNAFTER 01/01/1997- VETERANS TO BE BORNBEFORE 31-12-1961 Conditions of entry 1. Any shooter wanting to compete at the Universal Trench Series must be a registered ACTA member

2. Shooters will compete in their Ball Trap or ISSF Trap Grade (whichever is higher) until such time as organisers can give each shooter a Universal Trench Grading. If a shooter has no Ball Trap or ISSF Trap Grade they shall be graded over the first 100 Tgts. The organisers decision regarding all grading’s is final. Grading percentages thereafter will be AA grade – 94% and over, A grade 88% and under 94%, B grade 81% and under 88%. C grade under 81%

3. $80 from each nomination will go towards funding pool for World Championship Team to the TOP 3 Shooters over the series (irrespective of which category they have entered) based on our reverse points criteria.Juniors, Ladies & Veterans teams may be selected providing sufficient entries recorded at all events. Should these teams be selected, some partial funding may be provided if available. It shall be the organisers decision to determine the distribution of team funding which shall be final.Shooters under the age of 18 must be accommanined by a guardian to compete at the World Championships.

4. Any shooter wishing to compete in the Universal Trench World Championship will need to become members of FITASC.Sporting Clays Australia (SCA) are the Australian affiliate to FITASC.

5. The Tournament shall be conducted in accordance with Universal TrenchRules and Regulations where applicable .

6.Tournament Organisers have the right to change the program where they see necessary. If entries received are greater than the layouts can handle the amount of targets for, the event will be reduced to an amount to be determined so as to ensure competition can be completed in fair conditions for all.Team selections are to be based on competition targets thrown at each of the 4 events in the series regardless of how many targets each event may be.

7. Shooters who fail to appear in time for their squad will be penalised by the LOSS OF FIVE TARGETS. Should a shooter being late for his squad then elect to withdraw from the event they shall not be eligible for any refund of nominations paid.

8. All shooters must sign the score sheet after each round. Once a shooter has signed his score sheet he has accepted his score. Any score sheet not carrying the shooters signature will be credited with the score recorded on the sheet.

9. Any competitor may be called upon to referee and/or score throughout the period of competition. The persons designated to referee/score or line referee must fulfil their obligation to do so or have obtained the service of a suitable replacement that must be ready to take his place at the required time. In the event of the designated persons or their replacement not being ready to take their place at the required time, the person initially designated to fill the specific role may INCUR A PENALTY AS PRESCRIBED BY THE SHOOT MARSHALLS.

10. Setting and adjusting of traps is the sole responsibility of Shoot Management. All shooters are prohibited from entering the trap pits after the organisers have examined and approved the trap settings.

11. All appeals must be in writing together with a $20 deposit and lodged with the Tournament Director. The $20 is refundable if the appeal is upheld by the appointed jury.

12. Universal Trenchrules will be used to determine the OA placing in all events. Universal Trench Australia’s rules will be used to determine grade placing where applicable.

13. Juniors to be born AFTER 01/01/1997. Veterans tobe BEFORE31/12/1961. AllJuniors, Ladies & Veterans are entitled to win Overall & Grade prizes as well as their section.

14. Any interpretation of the program and conditions of entry will be the responsibility of attending members of the Organising Committee whose decision shall be final.
