OS/OW Restrictions, Detours, Speed Reductions, Etc.: Width restriction of 12 feet from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. on working days. Speed reduction to 40 m.p.h. in work zones and overnight in areas. Motorist should expect uneven lanes. Motorist should expect delays. Pilot cars will be guiding traffic through work areas.
