Dear Parents/Caregivers Musical T-Shirts

Each year we have had a company produce a Musical T-Shirt for the students to wear. We will once again offer these to our Musical Stars!!!

In order to give the T-shirt company the opportunity to fill the order as quickly as possible and for the children to be able to wear these to rehearsals, promptly return the form below with the size circled and the $18.00 payment. These permissions and payments are due by Friday 15 August. DON’T MISS OUT!! No late orders accepted. FHSS refund policy applies.

The next letter we send home will be for the Musical Rehearsal - Bus Permission letter.
