UDT H2H - hand to hand combat / ground fighting with weapon retention - is a very efficient and effective mixed skill fighting system designed specifically for military and law enforcement operators. UDT H2H is based around gross motor movement for highly effective and easy use. The skills used in UDT H2H training fits in easily with ANY martial arts or defensive tactics system. UDT H2H covers empty hand combat as well as your ground fighting elements. The ground fighting skills presented will not be a submission or point system style of ground fighting. The bulk of our ground fighting is aimed toward survival and getting back up on our feet as quick as possible. All skills taught are based around real world officer survival. Every technique has been time tested and field tested for its effectiveness. Nothing but the best for you out in the streets! Our weapon retention techniques are based around skills you already have, but the way we put it together make them very natural as well as “unforgettable”! Urban Defense Training For Law Enforcement

General Equipment List;

 Tactical style uniform – it would be wise to bring at least one complete change just in case.  Comfortable and broken-in boots.  Gloves, knee and elbow pads.  Ballistic/armor vest – if not your actual duty vest then one very close to it. Train as you work.  Duty belt – you will not need your actual duty weapon during training, we have red guns.  A cap for most of the work – your helmet for some of the training.  Camel back or similar for the outside training.  Sun block, Chap Stick, insect repellant – depends on the time of year.  Any food and snacks you’ll want during the day. We will have water out there for you all. If you want to bring your own “power” drinks, please limit these to Gatorade type drinks – DO NOT BRING REDBULLS, MONSTER OR 5 HOUR TYPE DRINKS TO MY TRAININGS!  Athletic cups are recommended … but only if you wear them on duty! Think about it …

UDT will provide all training weapons, supplies, equipment and handbooks as it relates to the specific subjects. Breakfast, lunch and dinner arrangements are your responsibility as well as lodging if needed.
