Define happiness and its meanings – Be able to list character strengths, talents, virtues, and accomplishments- Define different virtues and how to apply them to daily life – Identify your own strengths- Clarify what a value is and prioritize your own values

Know the meaning of positivity, the affects of positive thinking on human nature and how to initiate cognitive reconstruction and changing limiting thoughts in your life – Be able to list positive affirmations for yourself and what increases self esteem and self worth – Be familiar with the components of emotional intelligence and how to increase emotional IQ
