The Peninsula Beverly Hills Welcomes Warm Summer Nights at The Roof Garden Special Weekend Barbecue Menu offered May 18 through September 1, 2013
Just in time for summer, The Peninsula Beverly Hills is pleased to announce the return of its popular Weekend Barbecue Menu at The Roof Garden restaurant. The Roof Garden’s chic outdoor setting evokes the feeling of a resort oasis in the heart of the city, with lush Mediterranean foliage framing spectacular views of the skyline and sunsets.
Every Saturday and Sunday starting from May 18 through September 1, 2013, The Roof Garden’s guests may dine on barbecued specialties fresh off the grill in addition to regular menu items between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm. The barbecued entrées include Smoked Baby Back Ribs with Maple Sugar and Mustard Cure; Char Siu BBQ Duck Taco with Preserved Mushroom and Napa Cabbage Slaw; 12-ounce Australian Rock Lobster Tail with Yuzu and White Soy Butter; Grilled Ahi Tuna with Apricot and Pickled Red Pearl Onions; Prime Skirt Steak with Charred Jalapeño Chimichurri Glaze; and 28-Day, Dry- Aged, Harvey’s Guss 20-ounce Tomahawk Steak with House- made Steak Glaze that Executive Chef David Codney ages in an oak cask. Entrée prices range from $28 to $48 and include a choice of sauces – Dr. Pepper Mop, Carolina Mustard or Peach- Cider Vinegar – along with all of the following sides: Purple Okinawa Sweet Potatoes with Orange-Ginger Butter; Gigante White Beans with Cilantro, Yellow Aji Peppers and Lime Vinaigrette; Brandon’s Barbecued Pickled Salad with Fennel, Carrot, Kirby Cucumber, Radish and Tomato; and Ted’s Caramelized Honey Corn Bread.
Any evening, at The Roof Garden’s teak bar or around the fire pit, guests can order wines by the glass and a great range of beers, along with cocktails designed for a warm summer night. Signature cocktails include Speckled Jalapeño Margarita: Patrón Reposado Tequila, Grand Marnier, Muddled with a Thin Slice of Jalapeño; Pomegranate Mojito: Bacardi Rum, Mint, Pomegranate and Citrus Juice, Blended and Strained over Ice with Citrus Foam; and OM: Organic Wild Cranberry and Blood Orange Cocktail Made with Organic Vodka. -more- WARM SUMMER NIGHTS AT THE ROOF GARDEN - 2
