Abstract Each contribution, whatever language it is written in, must begin with an English abstract. It has to appear first under the header “Abstract”, typed in Times bold 12 pt, centered. The content of the abstract is typed into Times 10 pt. There are neither vertical space nor indentation of paragraphs in the abstract body. If the paper is written in another language than English a second abstract in the corresponding language must appear just after the English abstract. Use the proper header for that language. The formatting of this second abstract is the same as for the English one. Here is an example in French: Résumé Nous avons donc ici un résumé en français. Les même règles que pour le résumé anglais s’appliquent. Si ce n’est l’intitulé qui, pour le français, doit être « Résumé ».

Keywords: a set of keywords describing the content of the paper. Also written in Times 10 pt. 1. Introduction (Times Bold 14 pt, left) The paper must be written in one of the official languages of the conference (French, English, Spanish or Italian). There must be an English abstract. The main text of the paper must be printed in Times font (or Times New Roman font), size 12 pt, no indentation at the beginning of paragraphs, 6 pt space before paragraphs, simple line spacing, and with a margin of 2.5 cm both on the left and the right of the text. The first version of the paper must not exceed a maximum of 8 pages. The authors must provide to the organization committee an electronic version (either Word or RTF) before October 31 2003, to the address: [email protected]. The final version of the paper, for publishing in the proceedings, must be printed single side on A4 paper. A camera-ready version (paper form) and an electronic form must reach the organization committee before January 15, 2004 (no further delay will be allowed) to the following address: JADT 2004 (c/o Gérald Purnelle), Université de Liège, CIPL, 1b, Quai Roosevelt, B-4000 Liège, Belgium EMAIL : [email protected]

The proceedings will be printed in half format (A5) through reduction of the camera-ready A4 papers. Figures must therefore be carefully designed so as to be READABLE. They must be

The captions of figures must be printed below the figure, using Times 11 pt, italic. 2. Electronic styles Authors have to use this document as a model for the final version of the text, and, if possible, for the submission version. 3. Sections The title of sections is written in Times Bold 14 pt with a vertical spacing of 12 pt before the paragraph and 4 pt after it. 3.1. Subsections The title of sections is written in Times Italic Bold 12 pt with a vertical spacing of 9 pt before the paragraph and 3 pt after it. 3.1.1. Subsubsections The title of subsubsections is written in Times Italic 12 pt with a vertical spacing of 9 pt before the paragraph and 3 pt after it. 4. Bibliography Bibliographic citations in the text must be given by the names of the authors (or "et al." in case of more than 2 authors) and the year, as in this example (Author et Buthor, 1999; Tuthor et al., 1998a; Author et Buthor, 2000; Author, 2000; Tuthor et al., 1998b). Bibliographic references have to appear at the very end of the document under a not numbered section called “References”. Bibliographic references must be written in Times 11 pt (see below).
