Meeting Notes:

1. Introductions

George Behr, Energy Services Group (Service Provider & Supplier Co-Chair) introduced the EDEWG leadership and commenced roll call.

2. EDC Co-Chair Effective February 14th, 2008 the Energy Association of Pennsylvania announced Patti Weiss from Duquesne Light Company would serve as the EDEWG Co-Chair for the EDCs. EDEWG welcomes Patti to her newly elected leadership position. 3. Revised Plan Review Process The EDEWG leadership completed their review of the updated revised plan. George Behr sent the draft revision v2.6 along with the current v2.5 to the list server on Thursday, March 20th. George provided a high level review of the areas with significant change. The membership is tasked to review the draft and submit comments to the list server or any member of the leadership team by Thursday, May 1st 2008. The EDEWG membership will meet in Harrisburg, PA on Thursday, May 15th 2008 from 10AM- 3PM ET to review the comments. The goal is for EDEWG to finalize the revised plan by the end of June 2008. Annunciata Marino, PUC, asks any member participating in person RSVP by May 1st, 2008. Additional logistics will be provided to the list server as the meeting date approaches. There will be conference call and web cast services provided for those unable to attend in person.

1 4. 867 Historical Interval Usage Request PPL EU stated the current 867 Historical Usage transaction does not support detailed interval historical usage data. Two EDCs, PPL EU and PECO, both agree they would support the 867HIU transaction. PPL EU will submit a formal change control request to Brandon Siegel. The EDCs will be surveyed at a later date on their support of the 867HIU transaction. EDEWG will convene a subgroup to review the standards used in other implementations of the 867HIU transaction. Those interested in participating in the 867HIU subgroup should email Brandon Siegel ([email protected]) 5. Capacity and Transmission Contribution within the 867 Historical Usage transaction Angela DeLong, UGI Energy Services, recently noticed Capacity Contribution (AMT*KC) and Transmission Contribution (AMT*KZ) as optional for Pennsylvania in the 867 Historical Usage Implementation Guideline. UGI Energy feels these values would benefit marketers/suppliers in the Pennsylvania market when pricing prospective customers. EDEWG agreed to pursue the request and UGI Energy will submit the formal change control to Brandon Siegel. The EDCs were surveyed if they currently provide this information, the following EDCs reported… MetEd, Penelec – Yes, both values present on 867HU Penn Power – No, not a PJM member UGI – No, will provide in the future Duquesne Light Company – No, on Eligible Customer List PECO, PPL EU, and Allegheny Power would report at the next call or respond to the list server. There was additional discussion regarding a standard Eligible Customer List (ECL) format. The example format is no longer present on the PUC website and it was assumed each EDC listed the format on their respective website. Annunciata Marino, stated she had a copy from the “Pilot Program” of 1998 and would make it available. Brandon Siegel was concerned the Pilot formal may not be identical to version being used by the EDCs. George Behr requested each EDC provide their ECL formats and he would compare to the “Pilot” version. 6. Other New Business Some inquiries were made regarding List Server membership. The EDEWG list server is maintained by the Edison Electric Institute in Washington, DC. None of the EDEWG leadership has the ability to make changes to the list server. The automated subscription maintenance via email was disabled to prevent unauthorized access & spam. All requests to join, be removed, or list of current members must be emailed directly to Annunciata Marino ([email protected]) who will forward the request onto the EEI. Turnaround normally is a week or so however if anyone would like information emailed directly while waiting for their request, please contact any member of the EDEWG leadership. 7. Next Meeting

2 The next regular meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 15th, 2008 at 10:00AM ET. There will be no call on May 1st. Additional logistics for the May 15th meeting will provided via the list serve.
