TR2 with Norway lobster fisheries in the Kattegat and the North Sea

The objective of this plan is to reduce the cod by-catches in the Norway lobster fisheries, reduce and the rolling stock to be covered by this scheme, in addition of fishing effort, in accordance with Article 13 (1) and the conditions referred to in paragraph (4).This objective should be pursued through the additional use of a selektionsgitters in accordance with Appendix 2 of Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 43/2009 shall be achieved.Data on the selection of this type of fishing gear is the STECF and the Commission and has already led to the relief referred to in Article 11 for a number of Swedish vehicles that has been transposed by Regulation (EC) No 754/2009.

Procedure:

The vessels that want to participate in this vermeidungsplan are subject to special conditions:
