Activity Fees: $50 payment, third September 30th. Cash or checks to PTBPA can be mailed to LeeAnna Joslin at 3016 Hyland Road Irwin, PA 15642. Five student accounts are in the negative. $4171 Cookie dough and $5612.95 Sept sub sale

Presidents Announcements Expenses: Stage Building $1500 Anticipate $500 under budget. Motion to vote by Mr. Brecht. All approved

Needed Chairs:  Memorial Day Parade  TREWA  TIAA  Homecoming Float Oct 13th Director’s Report No Report Committee Reports- Completed  Senior Yard Signs- Leslie Morris- Under budget, Extra signs and paint, went well.  Kennywood- Stephanie Frye- Crowded  Preview Show/ Dinner- Kim Peles- Went well, under budget, and than you for all that helped.  DCI Trip: Maria Brecht- 65 Students, 4 Adults, Tickets were $1 more than anticipated.  Band Camp Relief- Mary Corcoran- $162.25, under $200 budget, went fine, GE gave discount.  Pirate Game- LeeAnna Joslin- 341 Students, Friend, and family went. Active  Chaperones- Dawn Pinaroc- Sign ups after meeting, 3-4 more needed for Macys Parade Sat after Thanksgiving.  Concession Stand- Beth Navari/ John DePaul-Scrimmage game profit $239, introduced baked potatoes, also help needed for setup and cleanup at home games.  PTBPA Website- Leigh Graves-Updated today  Feed the Band- Sue Dalzell- Went well; Drop off cookies and fruit at drop off on Saturday practices.  Football Program- Suzy Bujakowski- $300, Submitted ad, waiting for invoice  Parent Football Passes/ Parking Passes- Done  Senior Home Decorating- Patty Carlson/ Karen Schwaderer- High School, decorating in one spot, Sign up sheet, Sunday October 7th 3:330-7 pm  Senior Recognition Night- Janet Pierce- October 19th, 30 Seniors, St. Barbara’s Need baby photos, Help needed.  Student Fund Raisers- Lalana Siergiej- Little Caesars orders and payment due Sept 17th, Pick up Oct 30th.  Hoagies- Mike Bujakowski- Call in Saturday September 29th 9-11am email Jill Hest, 2,753 Sept Sale  Photos/ Video- Gracie Daw- Send pictures to Gracie Daw- [email protected]  Spaghetti Dinner- Leslie Morris- November 18th, Harrison Room rental $400, 5 tickets per band member $6.00 each, need help with Chinese Auction, looking for donated baskets.  BOA- Dawn Pinaroc- NO video taping, Get $5 patches early.  PIMBA Championship- Georgia Sager- November 3rd, Help needed 200 people needed, Meeting next Wednesday 17th. 19 bands maybe another single A. 6-A, 5- AA, 2-AAA, 4-AAAA, 2-National. Ads due September 22nd, No parking at school for PT members, Shuttle will be running, Golf carts and Gators needed. Need help with Chinese Auction. Earn parent hours. New Business  Shows: Veterans Day Nov 11th, Christmas Dec 13th or 15th, Breakfast Jam April 28th, Spring May 18th  Setup for Fall Festival- $300 donation to PTBPA, help needed 10-12 people. Adjournment Shirlane Leonard made a motion to adjourn and John DePaul seconded the motion. The motion passed and the meeting adjourned at 8:25 PM. The next meeting will held in the LLA room on October 10, 2012 at 7 PM.
