Following instructions should be followed regarding REGISTRATION RETURNS
1- Original NOC if applicable.
2- Attested Photograph size 1” x 1”
3- The Registration Return must be duly filled by the departments and verified by the Head of Department.
4- The department will be responsible for any mistake, error or omission.
5- The students outside the university jurisdiction should submit university fee.
6- Equivalence certificate from HEC should be provided in the case of student from Deni Madras etc.
7- The students who are dropped from the university roll or left their studies before registration should be
excluded from registration returns.
8- A report of struck off students or expelled students should immediately be submitted to registrar office.
9- Student should declare that He/She has not joined any department/ institution during the course of
studies to which admission seeking. However, students of Degree courses shall be eligible to join a
certificate/ Diploma evening class conducted by the university with the permission of HOD to which he is
admitted for a course leading to degree.
10- Any student who joined two departments shall be dropped from the roll of both departments.
