<p> Following instructions should be followed regarding REGISTRATION RETURNS</p><p>1- Original NOC if applicable.</p><p>2- Attested Photograph size 1” x 1”</p><p>3- The Registration Return must be duly filled by the departments and verified by the Head of Department.</p><p>4- The department will be responsible for any mistake, error or omission. </p><p>5- The students outside the university jurisdiction should submit university fee.</p><p>6- Equivalence certificate from HEC should be provided in the case of student from Deni Madras etc.</p><p>7- The students who are dropped from the university roll or left their studies before registration should be </p><p> excluded from registration returns.</p><p>8- A report of struck off students or expelled students should immediately be submitted to registrar office.</p><p>9- Student should declare that He/She has not joined any department/ institution during the course of </p><p> studies to which admission seeking. However, students of Degree courses shall be eligible to join a </p><p> certificate/ Diploma evening class conducted by the university with the permission of HOD to which he is</p><p> admitted for a course leading to degree.</p><p>10- Any student who joined two departments shall be dropped from the roll of both departments. </p><p>Note:-Provide Hard and soft copies to Registration Branch, Office of Registrar Ghazi University, </p><p>D.G.Khan</p>
