AGENDA

1. CALL TO ORDER.

2. PRAYER.

3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

4. CONSIDER MINUTES OF THE LAST REGULAR MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 14, 2016.

5. PUBLIC COMMENT

6. OLD BUSINESS: None.

7. NEW BUSINESS:

(a) Vickie Case with Cook and Morehart, CPA’s will be present to present the Audit Report FYE 6/30/2016.

(b) Consider a list for 2017 beer license renewals.

(c) Consider the quotes for the roof at the Eastside Pool Building.

(d) Consider authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with LA DOTD for the Obstruction Removal – Phase II at the Springhill Airport.

(e) Consider a recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission Board to reclassify property located at 116 Edgar Street from R-1 Residence District to R-3 Residence District.

(f) Consider a recommendation from the Police Chief to promote Brittany McWilliams to executive secretary and Sergeant over dispatch effective January 1, 2017.

(g) Consider a recommendation from the Police Chief to promote Fannie Rankin from a jailer to a dispatcher effective January 1, 2017.

(h) Consider a recommendation from the Police Chief to hire Ronnie Leonard as a full time night dispatcher effective January 1, 2017.

(i) Consider a recommendation from the Police Chief to rename the position of Jailer to Inmate Labor and Animal Control Officer effective January 1, 2017.

(j) Consider payment of the November 2016 bills totaling $91,927.99.
