NEW BUSINESS: </p><p>(a) Vickie Case with Cook and Morehart, CPA’s will be present to present the Audit Report FYE 6/30/2016.</p><p>(b) Consider a list for 2017 beer license renewals.</p><p>(c) Consider the quotes for the roof at the Eastside Pool Building.</p><p>(d) Consider authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with LA DOTD for the Obstruction Removal – Phase II at the Springhill Airport.</p><p>(e) Consider a recommendation from the Planning and Zoning Commission Board to reclassify property located at 116 Edgar Street from R-1 Residence District to R-3 Residence District.</p><p>(f) Consider a recommendation from the Police Chief to promote Brittany McWilliams to executive secretary and Sergeant over dispatch effective January 1, 2017.</p><p>(g) Consider a recommendation from the Police Chief to promote Fannie Rankin from a jailer to a dispatcher effective January 1, 2017.</p><p>(h) Consider a recommendation from the Police Chief to hire Ronnie Leonard as a full time night dispatcher effective January 1, 2017.</p><p>(i) Consider a recommendation from the Police Chief to rename the position of Jailer to Inmate Labor and Animal Control Officer effective January 1, 2017.</p><p>(j) Consider payment of the November 2016 bills totaling $91,927.99.</p><p>8.
