Supervisor calls meeting to order Flag Salute

The Honorable Judge Anthony LaRuffa gives the Oath of Office to Supervisor Jeff Haas, Councilman James Gutekunst, Councilman Fred Bosch and Highway Superintendent Tom Ebers.

1. Resolution to appoint James Hanson to fill the position of Councilman, motion by Councilman James Gutekunst seconded by Councilman Frederick Bosch discussion motion carried all ayes.

2. Resolution to: Set Date, time & place of Regular Board Meeting: A. Date: Second Tuesday, Monthly; Agenda (work) Session 1st. Tuesday (as needed) B. Time: 7:00 PM C. Place: Eldred Town Hall D. Planning Board, First Wednesday, Monthly, 7:00 PM, Eldred Town Hall E. ZBA, Third Thursday, (as needed), 7:00 PM, Eldred Town Hall Motion by Councilman Scott Hallock, Seconded by Councilman Fred Bosch discussion motion carried all ayes.

3. Resolution to approve the following resolutions # 3-2016 to 2#-2016 Compensation & Wage scale set forth by 2016 Budget, motion by Councilman

7. Recommend Louis Pine to the Emergency Service Board for the Town of Highland 8 Designate Jeff Haas as the UDC Delegate and Andrew Boyar, Debra Conway as the alternate. 9. Designate Linda Anderson as Health Officer. Designate Glen Pontier as Scenic Byways Delegate, and Debra Conway as Alternate 10. Reappoint Bruce Worzel to Planning Board. 11. Designate Berry Hafkin Planning Board Chairman. 12. Set mileage rate as per Federal Rate per mile. 13. Designate Jeff Bank as Official Depository 14. Designate the Sullivan County Democrat and River Reporter as Official Newspapers. 15 Designate Thunder Country and WSUL as official Radio Stations. 16. Reappoint John Marciano as ZBA Member, 17. Designate Larry Fishman as ZBA Chairman, 18. Designate Arleen Nieke to Sullivan County RSVP (Retired & Senior Volunteer Program). 19. Motion to schedule “Grievance Day” for the last Tuesday in May (May 24, 2016 11am -2pm and 8:30pm -10:30pm and to post on website and to advertise the same.
